Below is a brief overview of a few projects we have completed for our customers.

Steel Rod Twister

This machine was built to twist metal bars together to create artificial Christmas tree branches. Two steel rods are held in place with clamps, while pieces of garland are inserted in between. The rods are then twisted, entrapping the garland and holding it in place. This machine is able to be packed tightly without the spacers as displayed.

Cooling Tower Test Bench

The cooling tower test bench hardware and software is designed to be very flexible. The nameplate information of the motors are entered into the HMI and the appropriate sized VFDs are selected to run the motor.
